"I used the website to get a valuation for my Renault Scenic, which we were planning on trading in for a newer vehicle. I found it useful to get an independent valuation, which set my expectation and budget before going to the dealers. Glass.co.uk also aided my negotiations with the dealer as I knew what the realistic value was so I pushed for the best deal.I found the site easy to navigate, finding my exact model very easily from a drop down list. I also found the payment process easy to use and the follow up email was useful.
The actual valuation came in very handy in our search for a new car. The top valuation you gave for my Renault was £2400 at the time. The first dealer only offered £1600 for my car, which as I now knew this to be low meant I was able to walk away in the knowledge that this was a very low offer. The Second and third garages were spot on the £2400 and with some haggling I managed to get £3000 for my trade in.
In all I was really pleased with this result, as by using your service I was able to confidently achieve £1400 more for my vehicle than if I went into negotiations blind. In all a fantastic result for such a small cost.
