Ford Focus 'Model Year' question

I've just bought a valuation on a 1.8 TDCi Focus Sport. The reg year is Sept 2006(56) but the valuation showing it as a 2007 model year. Is this correct?

The 2007 model year cars were introduced in September 2006 so yes, I would say it is correct.
